Goods Not Eligible for Return
The following Goods shall not be eligible for return:
(a) Any decorated, embroidered, or printed garments (including the PAD BRATS range and any other personalised Goods), unless faulty with a manufacturing defect.
(b) Any Goods which have been worn, washed, or altered by the Buyer.
(c) Any PPE (including but not limited to face masks, hard hats, or safety equipment), except where faulty. This exclusion is for hygiene and safety reasons.
(d) Any Goods which have been in the possession of the Buyer for more than 24 hours after delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final.
However, I Want Workwear does, subject to the terms of this clause, recognise that there may be occasions where it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer, and I Want Workwear shall, on a case-by-case basis, consider doing so.
For the purposes of this clause, any Goods which the Buyer wishes to return shall be referred to as “Returned Goods.”
I Want Workwear will, in any circumstances, only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
(a) The Buyer must contact I Want Workwear within 24 hours of delivery of the Goods to initiate the return. This may be done either by telephone (01952 929360) or by email (sales@iwantworkwear.co.uk).
(b) A valid return authorisation must have been issued by I Want Workwear in respect of the Returned Goods. Returned Goods received without such authorisation shall not be accepted.
(c) Returned Goods must be in good, clean condition, unworn, unwashed, and folded in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
(d) Returned Goods must be accompanied by all original documentation supplied with the Goods.
(e) The Buyer shall be responsible for the cost of returning the Returned Goods to I Want Workwear, unless the Goods are faulty with a manufacturing defect.
(f) Where an exchange is requested, the Buyer shall also be responsible for payment of subsequent postage charges for the replacement Goods.
(g) I Want Workwear retains the right to refuse Returned Goods should they be deemed unsuitable for resale.
(h) We aim to begin processing a refund within 7 working days of receipt of the Returned Goods, provided the conditions above have been met.
Care Guidance for Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) Garments
To preserve the quality and longevity of customised garments, the Buyer should adhere to the following care instructions:
-
Curing Period: Allow vinyl to cure for at least 24 hours after delivery before washing.
-
Washing: Wash garments inside out, using mild detergent, at a cold or warm setting not exceeding 178°F / 80°C. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or harsh “green” detergents.
-
Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or hang dry. Do not expose garments to high heat.
-
Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.
-
Ironing: Do not iron directly on the transfer design. If ironing is necessary, use low heat and place a protective cloth over the vinyl.
Failure to follow the above guidelines may cause the vinyl to peel or crack and shall not be considered grounds for return.
If you have questions about sizing or which garment is best for you, please do email us before you buy as we are always happy to discuss sizing to make sure you get the best from iwantworkwear.co.uk.
